Introduction to Online Turbidity Detector
A photosensitive sensor is composed of a light source, a lens, optoelectronics, and other components. When light passes through a liquid sample, it interacts with the light beam in a 90 ° direction on the optoelectronic components, generating an electrical signal that varies with turbidity and is input into the signal processor along with a reference signal.
The information processor is composed of integrated circuits as the core, forming stable electronic lines to amplify, filter, calculate, compensate and process signals, so that they have a linear relationship with the turbidity of the measured liquid sample throughout the entire measurement range.
The voltage stabilizing source mainly consists of transformers, rectifiers, filters, and stabilizing modules, which convert AC power from 200 volts to 240 volts into DC operating voltage.
The turbidity transmitter is the core component of the instrument, with built-in photoelectric conversion device, integrated circuit board, stainless steel electrode, etc., for better care and maintenance. The turbidity display instrument has been debugged before leaving the factory, and there is a password inside, so users do not need to set it.
Calibrate the potentiometer to adjust the accuracy of the instrument. If there is zero degree water and 100NTU, the measurement authority shall confirm the measurement value as inaccurate due to reasons after using it for a period of time. If there is zero degree water and 100NTU, the testing personnel or user shall calibrate it themselves.
Main technical performance.
Online turbidity analyzer is based on the specific requirements of the country for water quality, combined with China's current drinking water production process and water source situation. It not only meets the requirements for measuring accuracy of factory water, but also considers the detection needs of sedimentary water and source water. It is displayed in four digits, with simple reading and high accuracy. It holds three significant decimal places within 0-10NTU and two significant decimal places between 11-100NTU.
